"VOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Council of the County of Taranaki held on Monday the fifth day o£ August 1018 the following resolution was passed and will be submitted for confirmation at the ordinary meeting to be held at 11 a.m. on Monday the second day of September 1918. "THAT in pursuance of the resolution of the Mokau Harbour Board on the 9th day of AugU3t 1913 making and levying a Special Annually recurring Rate of One farthing in the £ on the Capital Value of all rateable property within, the Special Rating District defined and constituted under* "The Mokau Harbour Board Empowering Act 1912" for the purpose of providing for the payment of I interest, sinking fund, and other charges [on the Special Loan of £IOOO raised by the Board pder the provisions of "The Local Bodies Loans Act 190S" the Board hereby resolves to levy and collect _such Special Rate for the period beginning on the First day of September 1918 and ending on the 31st day of August 1919, payable at the Board's at Mokau in one sum on the First day of September 1918."
