Strong detachments of Bolshevik infantry and cavalry are constantly patrolling Petrograd and Moscow, examining every passport, and arresting many suspects. Field guns are placed in the squares, and machine guns at the street corners. The militia has been greatly reinforced. FIGHTING IN UKRAINE. ANGLO-FRENCH TO BE RESISTED.
