ANNUAL MEETING. Tho first annual meeting of shareholders of tho above company was held in tho Pembroke Road Schoolroom on Tlmrsdaj) w3i*tt, notn\itlistandii(ng thte winter elements, there was a good attendance. Mr. It. A. Belcher presided. In moving tho adoption of tho report, the chairman drew attention to the tact that up to 30th June had been practically the period of the formation of the company. Various questions were answered by tho directors, and the report was attopted. Tho factory manager (Mr. G. Gray) reported that tho factory would receive milk on and after Monday next. It was resolved to donate £2 2s to the County Copper Trail Fund. There' were two vacancies on the directorate caused by tho retirement by rotation of Messrs W. MeCKtckim and E. Membery. These two members were r-c-elected. Mr. T. H. Penn was elected auditor. At a subsequent meeting of directors, Mr. Bolehcr was re-elected chairman. Tliero war, an expresison of opinion by tho shareholders as to the advisability of some opening function, and a committee was formed to attend to this matter. It is estimated that tho official opening will take place in about a month's time.—Post.
