HOME RULE. Received August 9, 11.40 p.m. London, August 8. Mr. Sliortt, Secretary for Ireland, in the House of Commons, said that during the recess foe, with the Government Committee, would endeavor to get some Home Rule measu;» into shape which would ensure passing the House. The Government intended to secure the UlIstermen's rifles; if without trouble, so much the better.—(Press Assoc,
