SENIOR COMPETITION. In the senior competition matches yesterday Stratford and Rovers met at the recreation ground. New Plymouth, the former winning by three points (one try) to nil. Boys' High School and Clifton met at Wal--tara, the gams resulting in a win for the home team by 6 points (two tries) to-5-.(a goal-from •a try). JUNIOR COMPETITION. Stratford D.H.S. played New Plymouth. High School "B" at the New Plymouth racecourse, the visitors winning by 9 points (3 tries) to nil. In the High School "A" v. Rovers "B" match, scores were even, and the match ended.ia»a drew,, each-side scoring ono-try.
