William Mcßride was found guilty.of breaking and entering a dwelling house and stealing money, and was also remanded till Saturday for sentence, Emanuel Floyd, charged with-asaault-ing his wife so as to cause her actual bodily harm, was found guilty, with-.tk strong recommendation to mercy. He. was ordered to come up for sentence when called upon, and to take, prohibition order against himse]f'*«J« his wife ('for two years.
