JAPANESE STEAMER WRECKED
SALVAGE VESSELS TO THE RESCUE Received Aug. 1, 1.20 p;m. Vancouver, July 31. The Japanese steamer Candamann, inward bound with a hundred passengers, has been wrecked in a fog at Cape Flattery. Salvage vessels are rescuing the passengers.—Press Assoc
