Charles Medder, aged 45, head fisherman at the Seael'fY Mental Hospital, was drowned on Wednesday at Karitane through the capsizing of a boatt on the har. A heavy sea was running. Christion Stelfcnsen, who was also in the boat, managed to get ashore after being one hour in the water.
