MEDICAL EXAMINATION OP . CHILDREN. Sydney, July 23. The Minister of Education states that during lfl'l7 the number of school chilli rea medically examined was 04,804. Of these 62 per cent, were found to be suffering from physical defects sufficiently serious to require "notification. This is an increase of 5 per cent, compared with 1918.—Aus.-N-Z. Cable Assoc.
