ENEMY EEPULSED. London, July 21. A French eastern communique states: The enemy at the Cerna bend attempted several raids on Italian positions, but was brilliantly repulsed. The Bulgarians lost heavily. ROUMANIA HUMILIATED. Amsterdam, July 21. The Kounianian Chamber has decided to prosecute M.
