FOOTBALL.
In the senior competition on Thursday afternoon New Plymouth High School beat Rovers by 13 points to 6. The match was played on the racecourse, and Mr. Johnson refereed. In the Junior competition on Thursday High School "A" were beaten by Stratford District High School, at Stratford, by 8 points to nil. On the racecourse the High School "B" team beat Technical College by 39 points to nil.
