BILLING'S WIFE. Btceived July 19, 750 p-m. London, July 18. *Du Daily Chronicle states that remarkable disclosures have been made U to Billing's wife, who is a German, being the daughter of an unnaturalised Prussian. Her mother ins also born in Germany. Though these facte are based on the parents' marriage certificate, Mrs. Billing asserts that her father is Swiss and her mother Irish.—Press Assoc.
