SPANISH SHIP SUNK. WITH SPANISH MINISTERS ABOARD Received July 18, 7.5 p.in. Athens, July 17. A Spanish steamer; 1 with the Spanish Minister to Greece, d'Evcngu, aboard, en route to Spain, was torpedoed by & German submarine.
