The latest advice of the Karamu was to the effect that the vessel was still bar-bound at (Jreymouth. THE NGATORO. The Dominion sttaes that the Ngatoro is due at Wellington about the end of the week with cement from Whancarei. From Wellington the vessel will go to Wanganui and New Plymouth to put out the remainder of her cargo.
