Subject to the approval of Cabinet, the Attorney-General and SolicitorGeneral have decided to appoint a Royal Commission to inquire into the. allegations against the police in regard to securing convictions of the I.W.W. men, Upon the result of this inquiry will depend further investigation of tie I.W.W. cases.. AN ANTHRAX VACCINE. Received July 18, 1.35 a.m. Sydney, July 17. Mr. McGarvie Smith has presented to the State a secret manufacture of anthrax vaccine, and endowed the institute with £IO,OOO to «wos o«i t*» jrooaas.
