IS, The Tageblatt announces that the Czeeho-Slovaks, despite the heaviest resistance by t ( he Red Guards, captured Kazan. The paper adds that by the occupation of this important railway and waterway junction the Czecho-Slovaks become the masters o£ the Government of the lower Volga. Newspapers state that the Czechoslovaks are utilising Trotsky's mobilisation in the Urals, on the Volga, and in the west of Siberia for their own purposes, and are forming from the recruits ' the so-called Black Guards, which are » co-operating with the Czecho-Slovaks and other counter-revolutionary forces.— ; Reuter.
