Time, lmin,. 19 3-ssec. AUSTRALIAN TURF. NATIONAL STEEPLES. Received July 14. 5.6 p.m. Melbourne, July 13. The National Steeplechase resulted: Cobrara 9.9 1, Booligal 11.11 2, Raheny 10.4 3. Thirteen started. Coradwill, Culluleraine, and Pinon were prominent early. Booligal went to the front along tho back and made most of the running, leading into the straight. Cobram joined at the distance and defeated Booligal by 1J lengths. Time, Grain. 32Jsec. Artillery Bill, one of the runners, fell and succumbed.
