Received July 14, 5.5 p.m. Amsterdam, July 12. Von Hintze, interviewed by the Courr ant's Berlin correspondent, denied that . he is Pan-German, but merely a good , German. He would be glad to co- ■ operate with Count von Hertling's pro- ; gramme, which the Reichstag repeatedly . approved. i Annexationist journals claim that von Hintze is nobody's candidate but the Kaiser's. The Vorwaerts states that it is the conviction of the whole world that Baron von Kuhlmann was unshipped in order to Pan-Germanise the Government. —Reuter.
