THE LOSS OF THE WIMMERA. ACTION OP SEAMEN. THE CAPTAIN'S PREMONITION. Received July 11, 10.30 p.m. • Sydney, July 11. The loss of the WimmeTa has led the seamen to endorse Mr. Havelock Wilson's view. An official of the Seamen's Union said that theje will not be a foreigner aboard a British vessel, even after peace is declared, if we can prevent it. Hobart, July 11. Captain of the Wimmera, wrote to a Hobart merchant some weeks ago: —"There seems to be a goodly supply of mines round this coast. I haven't lost any sleep through them.
