HUNTING.
To-morrow (Thursday) the North Taranaki pack will meet at the master's (Mr A. H. Halcomibe), Urenui, and it is needless to say that every provision will be made for an enjoyable day's outing. It only now depends on the weather, and if that should prove to 'be fine, visitors will be present from Hawera and intermediate districts. Mr. Hafcombe, as usual, has had the country well sparred, and some interesting jumping may be expected, mere especially as the hounds are now in good fettle, and, should a strong hare be found, both huntsmen and horses will have a strenuous afternoon.
