AUSTRIAN GENERALS. ASSAILING EACH OTHER. Received July 0, 9.40 p.m. Rom?, July 8. Bitter recriminations are going on between General Conrad von Hoetzendorff and General Bowevitch. The latter accused General Conrad of making a fatal mistake in concentrating troops in tfce valleys dominated by Italian artillery. General Conrad declares that General Bowevitch committed a fatal blunder in not suspending the offensive when the IPlave was flooded, knowing he had not sufficient material to force a passage.— Press Assoc. AUSTRIAN OFFICIAL. Received July 10, 12.30 a.m. London, July 9. Wireless Austrian official: The Italians are attacking with strong forces on our west wing, on the middle and lower Vnjusa, Albania.
