MOMJ GROUND GAINED. London, July 5. Italian official.—We gained more ground northward of Cavazuccherinsu We extended and Improved our positions north-westward of Monte Grappa and on Monte Koerone, via Rosio ana Bertigo. On the Asiago Plateau we brought back prisoners.
Allied airmen dropped eighteen tons of bombs on important centres and cross oads in the lowed Piave regiona.—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn.
