OtZKS ATIONAL PARLIAMENTARY CONFERENCE. London, July 3. The International Parliamentary Conference adopted a resolution in favor of common copyright, patent and trade mark right* ia all Allied countries. Another resolution demanded that the hours of labor and industrial conditions should be regulated to conduce to the health of employees.
