IRELAND.

MABSEVS RECRUITING APPEAL.

London, July 1

Mr. Massey, in a message to the Irish recruiting council, appeals to the Irishmen who have not yet risen to a sense of their duty in the great struggle for civilisation. Mr. Massey urges them to join the ranks of the Allies.—Aus. N.Z. Cable Assoc.
