STRATFORD V. ELTHAM. A trial game between Stratford and Eltham players. was played at Stratford on Thursday, the objoct being to give the selector an opportunity to pick a combined team to meet Hawer.v Play was interesting throughout, the local men proving Victorious by six goals to four. OLD GIRLS V. TECHNICAL COLLEGE. The match between the High School Old Girls' Association and the Technical College teams, played at the racecourse on Saturday afternoon, resulted In a win for the Old Girls by Are goals to one. For the winners, goals were shot by Misses F. Brans (3), G. Mouat and M. Mouat: for Technical College, a goal was shot by Miss L. Fuller. Miss Fairbrother was referee.
