[ CHOICE DAIRY COWS, mostly July and August calvera; 20 of these are coming to their 2nd season, are by pedigree Jersey bull Undecided, and hare been reared on farm; balnea are mostly young Jersey-cross cows 9 2-year springing heifers by Undecided 18 yearling heifers by Undecided 1 yearling steer 1 pedigree Jersey bull Undecided (Wo. 2182, NJZJELB.), six years next September, and bred by Messrs. A. and J. p'Donnell, Ko3y Creek, Inaha. 1 young Jersey bull, bred by Mr. Cowling, Manaia 2 half-draught geldings, quiet, all harness 1 half-draught mare, quiet, all harness 1 hack mare 17 fat lambs 6 sows McCormick grass mower (new and is good order), Deering grass mower, Adriance hay rake, set steel disc harrows, set tine harrows, tripod harrows, i.l plough, milk waggon (carry 15 cans), spring tip dray, longshafter gig, rubber tyred (slight reserve), No. 2 Brown vacuum pump (slight reserve), 40 posts, G-cow releaser plant and 4J-h.p. NOTE.—The above herd lias been very heavily culled each year, and is now up to a standard to suit tie present owner. The latter did not expect to sell out this season, but owing to her son having gone to the front she was compelled to quit. There are only two or three cows in the herd that can be called aged, but being good milkers they were kept. The others are all young, and a large number have been bred and reared on the farm from picked COWS.
