LARGE AMERICAN LOAN.
MORE MONEY FOR ALLIES. Received June 29, 5.40 p.m. New York, June 28. The New York Times' Washington representative says a Bill has been reported which provides for a Liberty Bond issue of eight billion dollars. It also provides for additional loans to the Allies amounting to a billion and a half dollars. Representative Kittfhen said that if the Treasury exercised its complete authority during next fiscal year, it will have floated loans totalling twentytwo billion dollars.
