Money'has been no object in securing the best cows obtainable, whilst a great number have been bred by the owner from tested cows. The herd made 31S pounds of butterfat for the season, tested under the official test at Kaupokoimi factory, supervised by the Government tester. NOTE.—AH the above cows arc guaranteed sound, and are sure to do Well in South Tarauaki. They are the best lot handled by me so far from this quarter, being mostly Mr. R. Clemow's well-known herd.
