I have found it necessary in my own and the public interest to institute legal proceedings against offenders. In New Zealand. I have obtained Supreme Court injunctions, with costs, against several offenders, and the above Apology and agreement not to repeat his offence have been tendered by Thomas Callaghan in consideration of mo withdrawing proceedings instituted against him.
