In accordance with the rules of the central council an adrisory board was elected, and the secretary instructed to write to tho following gontiemenJ Dr. Wade, Mr. A. H. Johnstone, and Mr. Gordon. Eraser. It was decided to rent the suite of looms oyer Mr. Goldwater's, in Brougham Street, as Phmket rooms, and a sub-cnmmiltee was farmed Ko superintend furnishing same.
