BULGARIA'S DIFFICULTIES. Copenhagen, June 24. The Getman press is uneasy over the political situation in Bulgaria and deplores the inclusion of democratic and radical elements in the Cabinet. The papers hope that M. Malinoff will dedare that Bulgaria'! foreign policy ia unchanged. Bulgarian newspapers emphasise the difficulties that the new Government Will experience in solving the difficult foreign and internal problems.—Aus. HZ. Cable Assoc.
