ALTERATIONS IN ARRANGEMENTS NOT FAVORED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Napier, Last Night. At the annual meeting of the Sheepowners' Union to-day the following resolution was carried: That in the opinion of this union the majority of the sheepowners would view with marked disfavor an attempt to make any alteration in the existing arrangement for the disposal of our wools, especially in view of the evident shortage of ships during the continuance of the war
