A Helsingfors telegram states tlm the Grand Duke Michael, the ex-Ozar'S brother, has escaped from Russia. The Bolshevik Government is greatly alarmed, and has issued a manifesto, accusing the Social Revolutionaries of: co-operating with the Imperialists.
