CAPTAIN GABNER'S OPINION. j

THE LTGIHT AT MILITARY OAMPS. The fine hall erected by the Salvation Army at Trentham Camp was illuminated with a "Wizard" Lighting plant on June Ist, 191'5. This huge building in the finest in Trentham, and is used for all official gatherings, concerts, etc. The lighting proved to be so satisfactory that on the recommendation of Chap-lain-Captain Garner plants were purchased by the Gospel Hall, Trentham, and the canteens at May Morn and Tauherenikau, and some months later tho new Presbyterian Institute building at Trentham was fitted with "Wizard" lamps. Captain Garner now writes as follows:—'lt is with great pleasure that I write to let you know how satisfactory the Wizard lights are proving. We have not had one moment's trouble with them, and the men are delighted with the soft light. We also find the lamps most economical and in every way the best light we have ever had in any of our marquees or institutes. Signed, C&pt. E. L. Garner, Trentham Military Camp." r. This testimonial is only a sample of the many hundreds received from every part of New Zealand, and we have yet to learn of one dissatisfied customer. The portable outside "Wizard" lanterns are also in (big demand for use about the farms, garages, camping parties, the Salvation Army and other gatherings that hold open air meetings at night. The cost of these splendid lanterns i? £3 15s each, and as against the cos' , of running other lamps, the "Wizard is quite out on its own. The most attractive home looks very dull under the dim light of a kerosene lamp. Quite I apart from the high cost of running, the <!moke and smuts are always present with this out-of-date method of lighting. Therefore throw the old kerosene lamp overboard and instal the most modern "Wizard" Lighting System, that is the nearest approach to daylight bo far. Com/plete plants of two lights installed | £l7, each additional £3 17s 6d, Every plant guaranteed for five years, and delivery can now be given at once from the last big shipment just arrived.
