The Arbitration Court heard *n application for an interpretation of the Wellington bakers' and pastrycooks' award clause, in which the fixed hour for starting woik on a morning preceding a doable holiday is two o'clock. The question was whether Sunday and Monday could be considered a double holiday The Court .decided that Sunday, ' for the purposes of the clause, must be : treated as one of the holidaysMAKBEE BAR HOURS.
