DECREASED RATIONS. Amsterdam, June 17. Food conditions in Holland are bad. The daily bread ration is only two-fifths of a pound, which is smaller than Germany's Tea has not been distributed for three months. A quarter of si pound of coffee is obtainable fortnightly.
