To the .Editor. 1 take the liberty of enclosing translation of a letter just received from our Headquarters in Paris, pypfoimW the contents of a cablegram; received by us some weeks ago. The letter explains itself, and shows the urgent need for further funds being obtained for such a , worthy cause. Up to date £I6OO have been received by me, out of which £1400: been cabled and several towns have help shortly, May I ask you in the name of the thousands of orphans i whom the Association is trying to- save, to call the attention of your readers to this urgent appeal?
