Judgment iby default was given in. the-: following undefended cases*:—Red Post Eacnishing Co. (Mr. A. A- Bennett) v. F. Crompton, £95 9s lOd (costs £4 12s 6d)-; Joseph Bond (Mr, A. C. Lawrey) v. Mahi Kai, £33 17s 0d (costs £3 lis); Webster ißros. (Mr. T. P. Anderson) v. 0. W. Litttewood, £l4 Ms (costs £2 life). In the case of Mis. M. Allan (Mr. S. Frtzherberfc t. George Clearer, judgment j debtor agreed to an order for the pay* ment of 7a Gd per month. After (hearing evidence in the cases of D. CampfoeU and C. B. of TnraJdna (Mr. H. R. Billing) v. J. J. Mudford (Mr. P. J3. Wilson), the Magistrate declined to make an order.
