George Clearer, judgment j debtor agreed to an order for the pay* ment of 7a Gd per month. After (hearing evidence in the cases of D. CampfoeU and C. B. of TnraJdna (Mr. H. R. Billing) v. J. J. Mudford (Mr. P. J3. Wilson), the Magistrate declined to make an order.
