BULGARIANS DESERTING. STARVED AND BERAGGLED. London, June 15. According to a statement by the Serbian Press Bureau, desertions from Buluarian army are ten to fifteen daily. These come to the Serbian lines in a bcragglcd and starved appearance. Tliev say that the Bulgarian army is badly fed but that the Bulgarian civilians are in still worse plight, owing to the Germans denuding them of corn and cattle. —Aus.-N.Z. Press Assoc.
