IN THE MATTER of "The Companies Act, 1968," and of The Kgupokonui Co-operative Dairy Factory Company Limited. is hereby given that a petition was on the 4th day of June, 1918, presented to The Supreme Court of New Zealand by the above named Company to confirm an alienation of the said Company's objects proposed to be effected by a special resolution of the Company passed at a meeting of the Company held on the 19th day of November 1917 and subsequently confirmed at a meeting of the said Company held on the 4th day of December 1917, and the terms of which resolution appeared in the issue of "The Hawera and Normanby Star" and of "The Taranaki Daily News" of the 13th day of June 1918. AND NOTICE is further given that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Honorable Mr. Justice Hosking on Tuesday the 25th day of June 1918 or as soon thereafter as Counsel can be heard at The Supreme Court House, Wellington and any person interested in the said Company whether as Creditor or otherwise desirous to oppose the making of an order for the confirmation of the said alteration under the above Act should appear at the time of hearing by himself or his Counsel for the purpose.
