INSURRECTIONS BREAK OUT. RISINGS AGAINST THE SOVIETS. Received June 12, 12.30 ajn. London, June 11. Renter's Pekin correspondent states that, after an indecisive engagement, General SemenofT's forces on May 30 retreated from the Onon river, owing to the flanking movement of the enemy cavalry. Fugitives from Sfberia report that insurrections have broken out in most of the Siberian towns. Peasants and workmen at Irkutsk are joining the Czech and Slovaks against the Soviets.
