movements OF TRANSPORTS By Telegraph.—Presa Association Wellington, June 10. The Minister for Defence has leceiveil advice of the safe arrival at a port of call of the 37th Reinforcements. A transport containing the 38th Artillery Reinforcement with engineer and infantry details has also been reported from a way port. NATIONAL DAIRY ASSOCIATION. Wellington, June 11 The National Dairy Association's credit to profit and loss shows an increase of £BIOB, making a total of £18,153. The membership has increased to 275 The season is reported upon as being more conducive to quantity than quality. The general standard of quality was not reached this year. The report referring to the participation of producers in profits to be made on the sale of butter by the British Government, remarks- There is a great deal of doubt existing when consideration is given to possible losses and charges whether any profit will be available or not." The report also regards the depletion of skilled dairy factory workers for military service as a serious blow but "not disaster to the industry." Dairy exports show a steady increase.
