JAMES HODGE, whose farm has been sold, to sell by public auction: WITHOUT RESERVE GOOD YOUNG DAIRY COWS, Jersey, Holstein and Jersey-Hol-stein cross, mostly coming to 3rd calf 1 Shorthorn bull, 3 years 3 2-year Jersey heifers 7 mixed weaners 15 store pigs 4 sows in pig 1 boar 1 waggon horse, l waggui horse (slight reserve), 1 gig pony (slight reserve), 1 hack, 1 aged gelding, 1 waggon (hold 15 cans), spring dray and harness (nearly new), 3-horse swingle bars and chains, long shafter gig and harness (in good order), 14 milk cans, M.H. convertible d.f. plough (nearly new), 1 s.f. plough, set tripod harrows, Duncan wood frame disc harrow with transport, 20 fowls and ducks. N.B.—We can thoroughly recommend the above herd as one which has been heavily culled, and only the youngest and best cows kept. In the flush the herd tested 3.8 and 3.9.
