PRESBYTERIAN RALLY.

BIBLE CLASSES IN (XKXTCERENCE. The annual rally of the Taranaki Presbyterian Bible Classes took place in New Plymouth yesterday, when a very successful series of meeting's was held in St. Andrew's Ohuroh. Delegates to the number of about ISO were present from various parts of the province, including Kakaramea, Patea, Hawera, Manaia, Stratford, Elfham, Inglewood, Waitui, Kaimata, Waitara, and New Plymouth. The proceedings commenced with a devotional service at 11.15 a.m., and at 12 SO an open meeting was held, presided over by the Rev. H. B. Gray (Bawera), at which the question of "The Secret of Success in Bible Class Work" was discussed, tlhe leaders being Miss Carmichael (Stratford) and tho Rev. 0. Blundell (New Plymouth). In the afternoon a short devotional service preceded tho annual district meeting, wliicto was held at 1.45. Reports were presented and the following officers elected for the ensuing year:— President, Rev. 0. Blundell; vice-presi-dent, Rev. Madill; chairman, Rev. H. B. Gray; chairwoman, Mrs. Corrigan; secretary, Miss Allan; assistant-secretary, Miss Spence Following the election of officers the roll call and class reports were taken. At 2.45 a meeting for the consideration of ''Our Duty to the Church" was held, over which Mr. Ireland (Inglewood) presided. The young woman's aspect of
