"NOVO-KO" FOE FARM ENGINES. 78 PER CENT. INCREASE IN RUNNING TIME. The present cost of benzine, also its threatened scarcity has resulted in the Invention of Novo-ko, the great benzine eeonomiser. In short it is a highly concentrated synthetic benzine purifier, which produces phenomenal power and Under ordinary conditions where kerosene or benzine is fired in an engine, combustion is not complete and the unbnrnt carbon is deposited on the piston. Novo-ko, when mixed with kerosene or benzine produces complete combustion, avoids the deposit of carbon, thUa producing greater power and a better running engine. The importance of these facts will be fully realised by farmers who use benzine in stationary engines for the driving of milking plants and other machinery. That No-vo-ko increases power and cuts down benme bills is attested to by Mr. Masop Bayly, of Bett and Bayly's motor garage, Palmerston North. Associated with Mr. Bayly was his foreman motor mechanic, Mr. Ernest A. Ulirbom. The plant used was a 3 h.p. stationary benzine engine coupled to a 25 to 40 dynamo connected up to a lighting set. The engine wa« allowed to run till stopping point on a half pint of Kaliff motor spirit. A further half pint of Novo-ko-treated motor spirit was then used and the engine once more set a-going, with the feed and air readjusted. Every condition was similar exactly in the two runs and Novo-ko proved itself triumphant to the tune of an increase of inst over 78 per cent, in running time, with exactl/ the same amount of fuel. This test has brought about su< a condition of things that to-day throughout the dairying districts of the Nr.Tth Island there in a phenomenal demand for Novo-ko. Not only for stationary engines, but also for motor cars Novo-ko is indispensable. Increased miliage— so dear to the heart of the motorist—is the direct result of Novo-ko. The simplest method to use Novo-ko is to add 4-ozs. to every 4-galion tin ot benzine and slirke well before using. The Cornell/ absolutely guarantees that Novo-ko will not injuriously affect the engine. A bottle containing coins, cop-per-plate, wire, steel and iron parts in a mixture of Novo-ko and motor spirit shews iio trace of corrosion after nearly a year. .1/- one-pint tin, sufficient for 20 gallons; 17/0 half-gallon, sufficient for 80 gallons; 32/6 one gallon, sufficient for 160 gallons.
