FARM AND DAIRY.
I'EDTGffiEE JERSEYS, On Thursday at Stratford, Mr. Newton King will sell by public auction at the Stratford yards, the well-known Jersey heTd on account of Mr. R. T. B. Mellow, of Kaponga. It will be noticed by glancing at the catalogue that Mr. Mellow is offering some very high-class cattle at the hammer, and amongst the sires they are bred from are in particular K.C.8., Yankee Sweet, Campanile Sultan and 'Molina's General. The' two-year-oM heifers, wo are informed, are a very nice line and should be well worth inspection by dairy breeders that care for the Jersey. Catalogues can be obtained at any of Mr. King's offices.
