AN UNSAVORY CASE. BERNSTORFF IMPLICATED. Received May 28, 8.15 p.m. Amsterdam, May 27. An unsavory case, which is tickling the Berliners' palates, opened in the courts on Saturday. A son of the Prussian General von Radeck charged a son and daughter-in-law of Count Bernstorff, Prince Albert of Schleswig, Herr Kuhlmann's brothers, and otiher society favorites with spreading libellous statements. The evidence showed that BernstorfFs son stole complainant's wife, and complainant thrashed him and tore off his epaulettes, whereupon a society intrigue caused complainant's discharge from the army. The evidence alleges that Bernstorff used his ambassadorial position to uphold his son's misconduct.—Times Service.
