SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONS. ARABS DO GOOD WORK. Received May 26, 5.5 p.m. London, May 25. A Palestine official message states: We raided an enemy post on the right bank of the Jordan, near Ummeshshert. We brought down three aeroplanes in the neighborhood of NaMus and LatrumThe Arabs raided a Turkish post on the Hedjaz railway at Wadi Jerdun. The Araba also conducted other successful operations in southern Hedjaz, in the vicinity of Medina, destroying a section <if the track and capturing a convoy of 300 camels, which was attempting to enter Meditor. —Aus--N.Z.
