TERRITORIAL ADJUSTMENTS. Received May 25, 12,55 a.m. London, May 23. The Bulgarian Socialist party's reply to the inter-Allied Socialist memorandum, which is the first official reply from the enemy, has reached London. The reply accepts the general proposals of the memorandum, and the, majority of the suggested adjustments. Although the reply maintains that ethnographically Macedonia should be united to Bulgaria, it seems probable that Bulgaria will be willing to agree to Macedonian autonomy.. The reply hopes that German Socialists will reply to the memorandum equally moderately and conciliatoriftlly.— Reuter.
