NEW IRISH ARMY. WAR OFFICE POLICY REVERSED. Received May 24, 8.10 op.m. London, May 23. The Dublin Government lias adopted the suggestion of raising distinctive brigade 3 \n forming ths new Irish Array. This is a complete reversal of the War Office attitude. United Service. FURTHER ARRESTS. London, May 23. Further arrests in Ireland include P. F. Burke, a well-known Sinn Feiner, and Mrs. Thomas Clark, widow of a rebel executed at Easter, 1010.
